This policy outlines the accommodations we offer to support students with different disabilities during their training courses.
1. Visual Impairments

b. Screen Reader Compatibility:For students who are visually impaired and use screen readers, we ensure that our training materials and online platforms are compatible with screen reader software. This enables the conversion of text into speech, facilitating access to course content.

a. Subtitles for Online/Video Courses:Upon request, our online and video courses can be made available with subtitles. This accommodation ensures that students with hearing limitations can effectively follow the course content. In-Person Courses: Students who require speech-to-text support during in-person courses can utilize speech-to-text apps such as Apple Dictation. We encourage students to bring their own devices and utilize compatible applications. Android Devices: For students using Android devices, we are aware of the availability of various speech-to-text apps, and encourage the use of such applications to facilitate communication during the course.
3. Practical Adjustments
a. Adjustable Seating: We have seats that can be both lowered and lifted to accommodate individuals who need to perform practical tasks while seated. If a student requires an adjusted seating arrangement, we will make the necessary arrangements to ensure their comfort and accessibility during practical activities.
Please note that in order for us to provide the appropriate reasonable adjustments, we kindly request students to inform us about their specific needs well in advance of the course date. This will allow us to adequately prepare and make the necessary arrangements.
